Purchases that choose Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit as payment method only have 24 hours to send us proof of payment, otherwise your purchase will be cancelled.

• Purchases for which payment is not processed or the receipt is not received within the next 48 hours are automatically cancelled.

• Purchases made in the online store cannot be collected in the physical store during the first month of launch (if required, contact us at ecomerce@didesma.com before making your online purchase).
