1.- Our policy lasts 15 days
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery.
2.- Refunds (if applicable)
If you wish to request a refund for your purchase, you must follow these steps:
Request a refund by sending an email to [email protected] stating your order number, the name of the person who made the purchase, and the reason for the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next 91 calendar days. NOTE: You must take into account point 7.- Shipments to make your refund.
3.- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Refunds can take up to 91 calendar days to process.
4.- Exchanges (if applicable)
Applies to exchanges due to factory defects, damage or size. DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE OR OFFER PRODUCTS.
To make an exchange valid, the following must be taken into account:
The exchange of a product will only be valid if it has a factory defect or damage. To do so, you must send the request to the email [email protected], which will indicate the process to follow.
Once approved, you can make the corresponding exchange in an official physical store by presenting the purchase receipt, official identification and presenting the damaged product WITHOUT EXTRA COST. (To do so, you must notify the email [email protected] so that we can inform the store of this change).
If the exchange requires that it be sent by parcel, you must follow step 7.- Shipping. (And request the shipping information for the destination directly to [email protected])
If you wish to exchange the size, you must send the request to the email [email protected] where you will receive the requirements to be able to make the exchange in an official physical store.

All products that you wish to exchange must be in the condition in which you received them, as well as have all their corresponding labels, otherwise the exchange WILL NOT PROCEED.
5.- Cancellations (if applicable)
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must:
Make the cancellation from the corresponding account that made the purchase registered at www.sporelli.com.mx within a maximum period of 2 hours after the purchase was made and follow steps 1 and 2 below.
NOTE: If an "Error in shipping data" or "Error in the shipping cost rate" is detected, the customer will receive an email in which the corresponding purchase tracking will be provided and if they wish to cancel, they must notify us immediately by responding to the email received and following the instructions of our advisor.
To make a cancellation valid, the following must be taken into account:
The cancellation will only be valid if the purchase has NOT been sent to the corresponding address. If the purchase has been sent to the address, THE CANCELLATION WILL NOT PROCEED. Therefore, you must consult step 2. Refund.
If the customer received their purchase and wishes to cancel, they must take into account that it DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE OR OFFER PRODUCTS, so the request will be automatically rejected.
In the event of an error in shipping data (incorrect data, error in shipping cost rate), an email will be sent to the customer to follow up on their purchase and corroborate their data and/or request the payment difference. If the cancellation is made at this point, they can cancel without any service charge (to do so, they must follow steps 1 and 2 mentioned below) in this case it applies to any product, as long as it has not been sent to the home.
Steps to request cancellation:
Once the cancellation has been requested through the platform, it is necessary to make the request by email to [email protected], specifying the order number, reason for cancellation, the account number to which the refund will be made, and having previously made the cancellation on the platform as mentioned above.
Once this email is received, the cancellation request will be processed. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the next 91 business days.

6.- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we ship it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
7.- Shipping
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
