The purchases that choose as method of Payment Transfer or Bank Deposit only have 24 Hrs to send us the proof of Payment, otherwise your purchase will be canceled.
- Delivery time may vary from 3 to 7 business days for domestic shipments (delivery time may vary).
- Delivery time may vary from 5 to 25 business days for shipments to the United States of America (delivery time may vary).
- You will receive your waybill within the next 24 to 72 hrs.
- If your purchase was by deposit or transfer, send us your proof of payment via email to [email protected], this will be validated within 24 hours after sending your receipt.
- The purchases that did not proceed with the payment or the receipt is not received in the next 48 hrs are automatically canceled.

- Purchases made online cannot be picked up at the physical store (In case you require it, please contact us at [email protected] before making your online purchase).
